Welcome friends, I’m so happy to have you join me here in the oasis of our beautiful heart.  I invite you to share with me this exploration of what it means to be our authentic human self and how to rediscover our divinity right in the midst of our everyday lives.  All we need to bring is a willingness to look, to explore, to be vulnerable, and to feel everything that shows up.  The unconditional love in our beautiful heart holds it all.  There is no “out there” when it comes to spirituality.  Our very essence is simple and always available, though the journey to reawaken is not always an easy one.

This blog is a place that I hope inspires and opens us to the vast potential of our true essence.  My journey has taken me through many spiritual paths and teachers, and I’m finally coming home to the simplicity of a fully open heart.  There are many teachers who help us along the way, the true ones always pointing us back to our own vast wisdom.  Back to our beautiful heart, source of unconditional love, being, stillness.  Our true birthright of unity with all life.
